HeyGo is a travel and transport platform with two sides. Riders share car seats on trips that drivers are already making, and people and businesses book goods vehicles, from a mini truck to a large truck, to move things between and within cities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

No. HeyGo is not a self-drive car rental. Every vehicle on the platform comes with its own driver, who publishes the trip they are making. You book a seat in that car, or you book that goods vehicle for your load, you never drive the vehicle yourself.

HeyGo is built around booked vehicles rather than parcel courier, so there is no per-item courier service today. If you need something moved, you book the goods vehicle that suits the load, for a small consignment that usually means a mini truck.

Register as a customer or as a driver with your name, mobile number and email. Your mobile number is verified by OTP after registration, and you sign in with that number and your password from then on. If an account is still unverified, a fresh OTP is sent to the registered email automatically.

Search for the route you want, compare the rides drivers have published, and confirm the seat. From your dashboard you can then track the trip status, confirm completion once you arrive, and see the booking in your ride history.

Search the goods vehicles available for your route. Each listing shows the vehicle class and its payload capacity in kilograms, so you can match the vehicle to the load before you book rather than discovering the problem on the day.

HeyGo currently focuses on Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, with dedicated coverage for Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam, plus the intercity corridors between them.

The Android app is in development and not on the Play Store yet. The full platform already works in the browser at heygo.bimari.org for both customers and drivers, and you can leave your details on the app page to be told the day the app goes live.

Drivers register with their mobile number and email, verify by OTP, and upload their driving licence along with a photo of the vehicle. They also record the vehicle registration number, model, class and payload capacity, which is what riders and shippers see on the listing.

Yes, but they are separate accounts with separate sign-ins. The customer portal handles booking, tracking and history; the driver portal handles publishing trips, managing bookings and vehicle details.

Sign in to the portal as a customer or a driver and use the account deletion page. You must be signed in to the account you want to delete.

Match the vehicle to the volume, not just the weight. A single room or a shop restock fits a mini truck at 500 to 1,000 kg, a 2BHK usually needs a tempo, a full house or an office needs a 14 ft truck, and full truckload freight needs a large truck.

HeyGo provides the vehicle and the driver, not a packing crew. If you have packed and can load, booking the right vehicle here is considerably cheaper than a full-service move, but if you need packing and labour, that is arranged separately.

Yes. Drivers publish intercity trips as well as local ones, which means you can book against a run that is already happening, including on corridors like Hyderabad to Vijayawada and Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam.

Every goods vehicle on HeyGo is registered with its class and payload capacity in kilograms, and drivers upload the vehicle image and registration details during onboarding. The capacity is visible on the listing before you confirm.
