Terms and conditions

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms cover the HeyGo website and the customer and driver portals at heygo.bimari.org .

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

HeyGo operates a platform that connects people who want to travel or move goods with drivers who publish the trips they are making. These terms apply to this website and to the HeyGo customer and driver portals.

By creating an account or booking through HeyGo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

2. What HeyGo is, and is not

HeyGo is an intermediary. Drivers publish trips and the vehicles they operate; customers book seats or goods vehicles against those trips. The transport itself is provided by the driver, not by HeyGo.

HeyGo is not a self-drive car rental service, and it is not a packing or removals company. Vehicles are operated by their drivers, and packing or loading labour is not part of a booking unless you arrange it separately.

3. Accounts and verification

You must register with accurate details, including a mobile number you control. Accounts are verified by OTP, and an unverified account cannot sign in.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Customer and driver accounts are separate. Do not use one person’s account to act for another.

4. Driver obligations

Drivers must hold a valid driving licence for the vehicle class they operate, and the vehicle must be registered, insured and roadworthy as required by law.

The vehicle details you publish (registration number, model, class and payload capacity) must be accurate. Do not accept a load that exceeds the vehicle’s legal or safe capacity.

Drivers are responsible for their own compliance with transport, tax and insurance requirements.

5. Customer obligations

Describe what you are moving honestly, including weight and volume, so the vehicle booked is suitable for it.

Do not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous or restricted goods through the platform. Do not ask a driver to carry anything that would breach the law.

Be ready at the agreed time and place, and treat drivers and other passengers with respect.

6. Bookings, changes and cancellations

A booking is confirmed against a trip the driver has published. If your plans change, cancel as early as possible through your dashboard and tell the driver.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows, by customers or drivers, may result in restrictions on the account.

7. Payments and charges

The amount payable for a trip is what is shown on the booking. Any charges, taxes or fees applicable to a booking are shown before you confirm it.

Disputes about a specific booking should be raised with us by email, with your registered mobile number and the booking reference.

8. Conduct and safety

Behaviour that endangers or harasses another user is not acceptable and may lead to permanent removal from the platform.

Keep bookings and communication inside the platform so that there is a record of what was agreed.

9. Liability

HeyGo provides the platform. We do not drive vehicles, carry passengers or handle goods, and we do not guarantee the acts or omissions of any user.

To the extent permitted by law, HeyGo is not liable for loss or damage arising from a trip, including delay, damage to goods, or disputes between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and account deletion

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, provides false information, or puts other users at risk.

You can delete your own account from the account deletion page in the portal while signed in to that account.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown above.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
