How it works
Search, book, travel, done
HeyGo is built on one idea: the journey is already happening. A driver publishes it, and you book the part of it you need: a seat, or the vehicle. Here is the whole flow, from both sides.
For customers
Booking a ride or a goods vehicle
Five steps, and the only one that needs thought is picking the right vehicle for your load.
- 01
Register and verify
Sign up with your name, mobile number and email. Verify the OTP: accounts that are not verified cannot sign in, which is what keeps the platform accountable on both sides.
- 02
Search and compare
Enter your route. You see the trips drivers have published: rides with seats for people, and goods vehicles with their class and payload in kilograms.
- 03
Book and confirm
Confirm the booking. It appears on your dashboard with the trip details, and the driver sees it against the trip they published.
- 04
Track the trip
The driver updates the status as the journey progresses, so you are not guessing where the vehicle is.
- 05
Complete and review
Confirm completion at the end, leave a review, and the trip stays in your history for reference.
For drivers
Publishing a trip
Whether you drive a car with three empty seats or a truck running a lane every week, the flow is the same.
Register your vehicle
Sign up as a driver with your vehicle registration number, name, model, class, passenger or goods, and payload capacity in kilograms.
Upload your documents
Add a photo of the vehicle and of your driving licence during onboarding. This is what riders and shippers see before they book.
Publish your trip
Create the ride or run with your route and timing. You are publishing a journey you were already making.
Manage bookings
Accept and manage the bookings that come in against the trip from the driver dashboard.
Update status to completion
Move the trip through its statuses as you go, and close it out when the journey is done.
At a glance
The three steps that matter
- 01
Search
Find published trips on your route, for people or for cargo.
- 02
Book
Confirm the seat or the vehicle, with verified accounts on both sides.
- 03
Track
Follow the status to completion and keep the record in your history.
FAQ
How it works: questions
Do I need separate accounts to ride and to drive?
Yes. The customer portal and the driver portal are separate sign-ins, because they do different jobs: one books trips, the other publishes and manages them.
What happens after I register?
Your mobile number is verified by OTP. Until that verification is complete the account cannot sign in, and if it is still unverified a fresh OTP is sent to your registered email automatically.
How do I know the trip actually happened?
Trip status is updated by the driver as the journey progresses, you confirm completion at the end, and the booking stays in your history with the trip details.
Do I need the mobile app to use HeyGo?
No. The full platform runs in the browser for both customers and drivers. The Android app is in development and will do the same things with a native interface.
Ready when you are
The HeyGo platform is live in your browser today. Sign in as a customer to book, or as a driver to publish your trips.
